This is IceMan, the best thing thats happened to me in a long time!  I can’t imagine people doing ACL reconstruction without, I’ve been using it constantly since my knee surgery on Friday!  There’s a sleeve underneath most of the bandages on my left knee with two tubes to connect to.  I fill the cooler with ice and it pumps the chill water through the sleeve surrounding my swollen knee.  I swear it feels like a piece of heaven on my ridiculously swollen knee!!
