“Marc Frydman was jogging Downtown Jersey City Thursday evening when he watched in horror as a car struck two pedestrians and crashed into a small park area at the intersection of Washington and Grand streets. He was one of the two pedestrians. Frydman blogs on his Web site about the incident. Marc writes about meeting his “first responder” who came to his assistance before the EMTs showed up. It is an unusual way for people to meet new friends — or city folk they just haven’t met yet.”
