A great morning, ran the Ted Corbitt 15K in Central Park, my first NYRR race in 25 years since running 5K’s with my Dad as a kid.. who says I’m getting old? my pace was better than ever, 8:19/mile.. I’m real happy with that and look forward to seeing more improvement this winter.
